YALUMBA SHIRAZ- The growing areas of Adelaide Plains, Barossa, where this fruit is grown, are far from the vast, commercially exploited vineyards near the Murray vineyard. Cooler, with later harvest times, the Shiraz has the signature black pepper and blackberry fruit flavors. It should also be noted that this wine is “vegan,” as no eggs or isinglass were used in its production.
